The Position: Plan, co-ordinate and control the day to day operations of specific Food & Beverage Outlets within Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa (AMDR&S) ensuring smooth and successful operations with the highest level of customer service and a favourable projection of the Resort's superior image.


Salary & Benefits:We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. Experience and Qualifications:

• A recognised Diploma from a recognised institute in Hotel Management or professional cooking with minimum of 4 years experience in the running of an exclusive food and beverage outlet, and experience in the control of procedures and staffing.
• Knowledge of procedures and methods used in the management of an F&B outlet, and the production and control thereof.

The job entails dealing with guests and suppliers of many nationalities, and therefore fluency in English is essential. Any other European language is an advantage.
